At SammaTraders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in fulfilling every order, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly. Please review the policy below to understand our return and refund process.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive an incorrect product, SammaTraders will arrange a free pickup from your provided address. Once the returned item is received and verified at our facility, we will either dispatch the correct product or issue a full refund within seven (7) working days.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- All accompanying items, including invoices, labels, price tags, warranty cards, and accessories, must be included
Products that show signs of use or are missing any components will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Product Received
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To process the claim, clear video evidence is required.
Customers are strongly advised to:
- Record a continuous video while unboxing the product from the original delivery packaging
This video helps us verify that the damage occurred before delivery. Claims submitted without valid video proof or videos recorded after the product has already been unboxed will not be accepted.
Once the claim is verified, we will process the refund or send a replacement within seven (7) working days.
